1. Management to Present at Needham Growth Conference

Montrose Environmental Group has confirmed that its senior management team will participate in the 28th Annual Needham Growth Conference on January 14–15, 2026, in New York City. Over the two days, the team will conduct more than 20 scheduled one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts to discuss Montrose’s recent contract wins, its diversified service offerings and its outlook for fiscal 2026. This engagement follows a 12% increase in backlog bookings in Q3 and is designed to provide detailed insight into the Company’s strategy for expanding revenue in its air measurement and remediation segments.

2. Patent-Pending VeriPlume Capture System™ Expands R&D Innovation

Montrose has filed a patent application for its new VeriPlume Capture System™, a methane emissions measurement and capture technology developed in house and now patent-pending as of December 2025. In initial field deployments across 15 oil and gas facilities, the system accelerated leak detection by 40% compared with conventional sensors and reduced technician exposure incidents by 50%. The innovation broadens Montrose’s R&D portfolio by nearly 20%, positioning the Company to address tightening regulatory requirements and to pursue multi-year service agreements with major energy producers.
