The fund switched its regular dividend to monthly starting July, declaring $0.11 per share for each of July-September and a $0.03 supplemental dividend payable in September.
Second-quarter results
MSC Income Fund posted second-quarter net investment income of $12 million, or $0.26 a share, down 26% from a year earlier.
Total investment income was $35.7 million, little changed year over year, as higher interest and fee income offset lower dividend income.
Net increase in net assets from operations climbed to $29.27 million, or $0.65 a share, up 80% on net fair value appreciation and realized gains.
Net asset value rose to $16.51 a share at June 30 from $15.87 at March 31.
