Murano Global says its issuer trust ended an exchange offer for US$303 million 11% Senior Secured Notes due 2031 into Fixed Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2032.
Eligible holders tendered US$301.99 million, or 99.67%, with no additional tenders before the Aug. 11 expiration.
No final settlement will occur; the exchange settled on the early settlement date.
About 0.33% of the 2031 notes remain outstanding as unsecured, unguaranteed obligations following covenant, default, security, and guarantee releases.
