Mynd.ai amended its Oct. 8 Form 6-K to clarify that CEO and Interim CFO Bin Shen joined its board effective Oct. 12, 2026.

Mynd.ai said the amendment corrected its executive transition disclosure and added that Bin Shen, its newly appointed CEO and Interim CFO, joined the board effective Oct. 12, 2026. The filing also added an incorporation-by-reference section covering the company’s Form S-8 and Form F-3 registration statements.
