Mynd.ai names Bin Shen CEO and interim CFO after Arthur Giterman steps down

Arthur Giterman will step down as Mynd.ai CEO and CFO and resign from the board effective Oct. 11, 2026. Bin Shen will become CEO and interim CFO on Oct. 12.

1. Leadership transition

Giterman will serve as an adviser to the board during the transition. Shen joins Mynd.ai from EchoStar, where he was senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions, leading strategic investments and growth initiatives.
