Nanobiotix announced final results from a 24-patient Phase 1 study of JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) with radiotherapy followed by immune checkpoint therapy for treatment-resistant advanced melanoma. Tumor responses occurred in both injected and non-injected lesions; the preliminary, single-arm findings support further evaluation in larger randomized trials.
