NNOXNNOX

Nanox Impact signed a distribution deal with Elite Surgical Technologies to deploy its FDA-cleared Nanox.ARC in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pittsburgh and West Virginia. The agreement plans at least five Nanox.ARC installations in year one and ten in year two to expand low-dose 3D imaging in orthopedic care.

1. Agreement Scope

Nanox Impact’s U.S. subsidiary entered a partnership with Elite Surgical Technologies to market and support the Nanox.ARC system across five key markets: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pittsburgh and West Virginia. Elite Surgical will focus on orthopedic and post-surgical imaging, leveraging its existing network of practices.

2. Deployment and Clinical Benefits

Under the deal, a minimum of five Nanox.ARC units will be deployed in the first year and at least ten in the second year, subject to market uptake. Nanox.ARC offers multisource digital tomosynthesis 3D imaging at lower cost and reduced radiation dose compared to traditional CT scans, aiding fracture healing monitoring and longitudinal assessment.

3. Strategic Impact

This agreement bolsters Nanox’s channel partner strategy in the U.S. orthopedic market, providing a clear pathway to recurring installations and service revenue. Expanding footprint in surgical settings could accelerate adoption of Nanox’s ecosystem and support the company’s revenue growth targets.
