An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for Aug. 17, 2026 to vote on an ordinary share consolidation.
Nasdaq sets suspension date after delisting notice
Nasdaq moved to delist Fast Track Entertainment for failing to keep its closing bid price at or above $1. Trading in the ordinary shares is set to be suspended at the market open on Aug. 18, 2026.
Shares are expected to be eligible for trading on OTC Markets under the ticker FTRKF during the hearing process.
