Natera, TransCode Therapeutics partner on Phase 2a colorectal cancer trial enrollment using Signatera MRD test
NTRA•Natera and TransCode Therapeutics will use Signatera MRD testing to help identify eligible patients for enrollment in TransCode’s Phase 2a colorectal cancer trial. The study is part of Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative’s PRE-I-SPY program, its first expansion beyond breast cancer.
1. Trial enrollment collaboration
Natera and TransCode Therapeutics entered a strategic collaboration to support enrollment in a Phase 2a colorectal cancer trial. Signatera MRD testing will identify patients who remain MRD-positive after curative-intent therapy and have no radiographic disease, with the aim of accelerating site-level patient identification for TransCode’s TTX-MC138 study. The trial is run by Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative’s PRE-I-SPY program, which is expanding beyond breast cancer for the first time.
