National Capital Bancorp is set to merge into ODNB, followed by Old Dominion National Bank combining into National Capital Bank of Washington. The combined holding company is planned to be renamed National Capital Bancorp and list on Nasdaq under ticker NACB. The parties expect to close in Q4 2026, pending Virginia state approval and shareholder votes at both companies.
2. Reported assets
ODNB reported $1.8 billion in assets at June 30, 2026, while National Capital Bancorp reported $742.9 million.
