Revenue from tenants edged up to $87.53 million; same-store cash NOI rose 6.8% year over year.

The company closed 19 acquisitions; net leverage improved to 4.9x from 9.2x year over year, raising 2026 SHOP same-store cash NOI growth guidance to 15%-18%.
