NatWest appointed Ashleigh Dorrington-Harvey head of manufacturing and construction, leading the sector team supporting clients across both industries.
Dorrington-Harvey has 14 years at NatWest, spanning leadership and client-facing roles in personal and business banking, large corporates, commercial mid-market.
She will work with relationship managers, clients, industry partners to support growth ambitions while maintaining a focus on risk management.
NatWest cited about 25% market share in manufacturing and construction as a base for the sector strategy under the new leadership.
