Nauticus completed its SeaTrepid acquisition, deployed its Nauticus ToolKITT™ platform on third-party ROVs and secured a $3 million initial UAE investment to fund GCC expansion.
1. 2025 Financial Results
Nauticus's full-year 2025 revenue rose to $5.3 million from $1.8 million in 2024, driven by a Q4 increase to $1.1 million. Improved top-line performance narrowed net loss to $40.8 million from $134.9 million in 2024 while Q4 net loss improved to $19.2 million.
2. SeaTrepid Acquisition and Integration
In 2025, Nauticus completed its acquisition of SeaTrepid, expanding its operational footprint and enabling immediate participation in commercial ROV services. The integration facilitated the deployment of Nauticus ToolKITT™ across active offshore projects.
3. ToolKITT™ Deployments and Technical Advances
The Nauticus ToolKITT™ autonomy platform achieved in-field deployment on both company-owned and third-party ROVs, enhancing navigation, station-keeping and inspection efficiency. Technical milestones included Aquanaut operations at 2,300 meters and increased testing capacity in Florida to support rapid platform validation.
4. UAE Investment and International Expansion
Nauticus secured a $3 million initial investment from Master Investment Group to establish a GCC hub in Ras Al Khaimah, with potential to scale funding to $50 million. This partnership supports manufacturing, distribution and long-term commercial deployments across the UAE region.
