Navan and Hilton will co-develop Hotel-TMC Direct Connect to integrate Navan’s booking platform with Hilton’s property management system, targeting over 6,000 global properties for an October 2026 rollout. Navan has partnered with Hilton to build a Hotel-TMC Direct Connect, linking Navan’s corporate travel management platform directly to Hilton’s property management systems. The agreement covers more than 6,000 Hilton hotels worldwide and aims for an initial deployment in October 2026.
The direct connect will enable real-time inventory access, enhanced rate loading and centralized billing within Navan’s interface. Corporate users will gain faster search results, improved itinerary accuracy and streamlined approvals without reliance on intermediary GDS channels.
By eliminating third-party fees, Navan anticipates transaction cost reductions of up to 15% per booking. The partnership is positioned to drive higher corporate travel adoption, strengthen Navan’s vendor ecosystem and improve overall gross margins.
