Navitas to Showcase 98.5% Efficient 10 kW GaN DC-DC Brick and 12 kW AI Supply
Navitas will unveil at APEC 2026 a 10 kW GaNFast 800 V–50 V DC-DC brick delivering 98.5% peak efficiency and 2.1 kW/in³ power density, with ±400 VDC support. It will also display a 12 kW IntelliWeave-controlled AI data center supply and SiCPAK power modules (1.2–3.3 kV) with over 98% conversion efficiency.

Navitas Semiconductor will exhibit its latest GaN and SiC power semiconductor innovations at APEC 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, from March 22 to 26 at booth #2027.
2. GaNFast 10 kW DC-DC Brick
The company will unveil a 10 kW GaNFast 800 V–50 V DC-DC brick featuring advanced 650 V and 100 V GaNFast FETs in a three-level half-bridge architecture with synchronous rectification for 98.5% peak efficiency and 2.1 kW/in³ power density, supporting ±400 VDC.
3. IntelliWeave AI Data Center Supply
Navitas will display a 12 kW AI data center power supply leveraging IntelliWeave digital control for enhanced efficiency, along with additional 8.5 kW OCP and 4.5 kW CRPS module options demonstrating high power density and performance.
4. SiCPAK Ultra-High-Voltage Modules
The SiCPAK portfolio on display includes UHV 3.3 kV and 2.3 kV modules plus 1.2 kV options, offering over 98% conversion efficiency for solid-state transformer and medium-voltage grid applications, alongside a gate driver evaluation board for dynamic characterization.
