Nayax completes USD 350 million acquisition of smart parking technology provider IPS Group
NYAX•Nayax completed its all-cash USD 350 million acquisition of IPS, financed with cash on hand and USD 150 million in new debt.
1. Acquisition completed
Nayax completed its acquisition of smart parking technology provider IPS from Windjammer Capital for USD 350 million. The all-cash deal was financed with cash on hand and USD 150 million of new debt from Poalim Tech and First International Bank of Israel.
2. IPS financial outlook
IPS is expected to generate more than USD 90 million in revenue in FY 2026, with over 60% recurring revenue and adjusted EBITDA of about USD 21 million. Nayax expects IPS to contribute USD 20 million to USD 22 million in revenue and more than USD 5 million in adjusted EBITDA from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026.
3. Combined platform
The companies are targeting an integrated platform for curbside parking, payments and EV charging. IPS has an installed base of more than 250,000 parking spaces.
