nCino launched Doc VOI, an Argyle-powered feature that automates paystub and W-2 extraction to accelerate borrower income verification and reduce manual review costs in its Mortgage Solution. It integrates with Freddie Mac’s AIM Check API for early income assessment and representation-and-warranty relief eligibility without extra contracting.

nCino unveiled Doc VOI powered by Argyle within its Mortgage Solution to automate extraction and analysis of paystubs and W-2 documents, replacing manual income verification reviews.
2. Freddie Mac API Integration
Doc VOI integrates with Freddie Mac’s AIM Check API to submit document-derived income data for automated assessment and representation-and-warranty relief eligibility before full Loan Product Advisor submission.
3. Customer Activation and Benefits
Mortgage customers can activate Doc VOI directly in the nCino Mortgage Solution without separate Argyle contracts, enabling earlier borrower qualification, reduced operational touchpoints and lower verification costs.
