NCR Voyix’s Q3 revenue fell 20% year over year to $539 million, slightly above the $538.85 million analyst estimate. Adjusted EPS of $0.32 beat the $0.28 estimate, while adjusted EBITDA of $120 million topped the $117.88 million estimate.
2. 2026 outlook
The company expects full-year 2026 revenue at the lower end of its $2.19 billion-$2.30 billion range. It maintained its adjusted EBITDA outlook of $432 million-$447 million and non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance of $0.89-$0.92.
3. Platform and recurring revenue
NCR Voyix said the year-over-year revenue decline reflected its shift to an outsourced hardware model. Recurring revenue rose to $428 million from $422 million, and remaining contract value for the Voyix Commerce Platform increased 151% year over year.
