NCS Multistage Holdings Inc. requested Nasdaq halt trading of its common stock and withdraw the shares from listing following completion of its merger, triggering a delisting process under Exchange Act Section 12(b).
Nasdaq is expected to file a Form 25 to remove the stock from listing and deregister it under Section 12(b).
Termination of registration and reporting obligations
The company also plans to file a Form 15 to terminate registration under Section 12(g) and suspend periodic reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 15(d).
