Nelnet Business Services acquires India school software provider Entab
NNI•Nelnet acquired India-based K-12 school software provider Entab Infotech, expanding its school management and campus-technology footprint into India.
1. Entab joins Nelnet
Entab will operate as “Entab, a Nelnet company,” keeping its brand, leadership team and New Delhi offices. Its CampusCare platform serves more than 1,000 schools and over 1.5 million students across 28 Indian states; all 290 employees, including co-founders Lawrence Zacharias and Shaji Thomas, will remain with the business.
