NeoVolta Secures $200M LOI for 1.1 GWh BESS from Georgia Facility
NEOV•NeoVolta signed a non-binding LOI with Infinite Grid Capital to supply 1.1 GWh of utility-scale battery energy storage from its Pendergrass, Georgia facility for projects in West Texas, Puerto Rico and PJM. The LOI represents around $200 million in potential revenue ahead of the facility’s Q3 2026 production ramp.
1. LOI Terms and Scope
The LOI outlines procurement of 1.1 GWh of battery energy storage capacity across three initial projects: approximately 400 MWh in West Texas, 400 MWh in Puerto Rico and 300 MWh across PJM territory, representing roughly $200 million in potential sales under non-binding terms.
2. Manufacturing Ramp and Demand Visibility
NeoVolta’s Pendergrass, Georgia facility is on track to begin production ramp in Q3 2026, and the LOI provides direct demand visibility for a 1.1 GWh project pipeline that will guide disciplined production planning and support domestic supply objectives.
3. Strategic Partnership Background
Infinite Grid Capital, which invested $13 million in NeoVolta in December 2025, will align its grid-scale project pipeline with NeoVolta’s commercial channels under this LOI, bolstering long-term demand for FEOC-compliant, domestically manufactured energy storage systems.
