Nestlé selected JLL as its global real estate services provider across 130 countries, covering its office, industrial and retail portfolio.
The mandate includes integrated leasing transaction management and strategic advisory services, building on existing lease administration work for Nestlé.
The work will deploy AI-driven portfolio analytics tools, including JLL Azara and the Horizon platform, to support global decision-making.
