GAAP revenue fell 78.21% to $6.36 million, reflecting declines tied to disposition activity.
GAAP impairment charges on real estate dropped to $7.09 million from $81.82 million, while GAAP interest expense eased to $390,000 from $4.4 million.
On a non-GAAP basis, NAREIT FFO slid to $3.06 million from $13.16 million; AFFO fell to $3.25 million from $16.91 million.
First-half property activity and portfolio update
In the first half, it sold six properties for $128 million in net proceeds, paid $149 million in special cash distributions, and ended June with 18 properties and 68.4% occupancy.
