NetClass buyer Dragonsoft holds 77.93% of voting power after Class B share issuance

NetClass issued 100,000 Class B ordinary shares to Dragonsoft Holding on Aug. 5 under a purchase agreement signed Aug. 1.
Dragonsoft remained the holder of 100% of outstanding Class B shares, controlling 77.93% of total voting power.
The purchase price was USD 2.69 per share, matching the July 31 close for the Class A shares.
