Netlist launched a new ITC case seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders targeting Micron memory products imported into the U.S.
The complaint also names Supermicro, HPE and Lenovo over alleged infringement tied to DDR5 RDIMMs and MRDIMMs.
Netlist cited four patents: U.S. 10,025,731, 10,217,523 and 12,373,366.
A separate Central District of California suit against Micron asserts U.S. 10,217,523 and 12,675,407.
