Allison Manzer received 44,250 units and Erin DiMarco received 23,250. Most awards vest in equal installments on the first three grant-date anniversaries; a combined 27,000 units for Manzer and DiMarco vest equally on the second, third and fourth anniversaries. All awards require continued employment through each applicable vesting date.
