NeuroSense faces Nasdaq delisting risk after missing $35 million market value rule
NRSN•NeuroSense received a Nasdaq staff delisting determination after failing to meet the $35 million minimum market value rule by the Sept. 29 deadline. Its ordinary shares and warrants face delisting unless it appeals; the company regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price rule after a 1-for-20 reverse split.
1. Delisting determination
NeuroSense received a Nasdaq staff delisting determination for failing to meet the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities rule. The deficiency persisted through the Sept. 29 deadline, following a 180-day cure period that began April 2. Its ordinary shares and warrants face delisting unless the company appeals to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel; a timely request stays suspension pending a decision.
2. Bid price compliance
NeuroSense regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price rule following a 1-for-20 reverse split, closing that deficiency.
