1. Hearing and compliance plan
NeuroSense won a Nasdaq hearing for Nov. 10, 2026, to challenge an Oct. 1 staff delisting determination. Trading in NRSN and NRSNW will continue pending a panel ruling, and the company said it has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid-price rule. Its remaining breach concerns Nasdaq’s $35 million market-value-of-listed-securities rule. NeuroSense plans to seek an exception of up to 180 days and aims to meet the market-value threshold or the $2.5 million stockholders’ equity alternative under Rule 5550(b)(1).
