New Horizon Aircraft investor deck highlighted the Cavorite X7, a 7-person hybrid-electric eVTOL targeting 250 mph speed and a 500-mile range.
The design uses transforming wings with 12 embedded electric lift fans for vertical operations, then closes panels for conventional flight for most missions.
The presentation showed:
- FY2026 cash position: $78.28 million
- Cash used in operations: $16.49 million
- Capital raised: $88.19 million
The company roadmap targets a full-scale demonstrator ready to test in early 2027, then flight testing, with type certification tracked to 2030.
