New Toyo unit BPJ extends BAT Indonesia printed-carton supply deal to 2031
BTI•New Toyo subsidiaries extended or amended supply agreements with BAT Indonesia, PT Bentoel Prima and BAT Singapore through Oct. 31, 2031. The agreements are expected to lift future earnings and net assets, with no material impact expected on gearing for FY2026.
1. Indonesia supply deal
Tien Wah Press extended a packaging supply contract in Indonesia through BPJ, a 51%-owned indirect subsidiary, to Oct. 31, 2031.
2. Other agreements
Alliance Print Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary, signed a five-year commodity supply deal with PT Bentoel Prima through Oct. 31, 2031. Max Ease International, a 51%-owned subsidiary, amended a supply agreement with BAT Singapore covering Jan. 1, 2027, to Oct. 31, 2031.
