On January 21 Vertical Aerospace deployed its four-passenger Valo electric aircraft for the first time in the US, launching a demonstration tour of zero-emission air taxi routes in and out of Manhattan. The Valo is designed to fly up to 100 miles at 150 mph with zero emissions and will serve JFK to Manhattan transfers, MetLife Stadium event shuttles and East Hampton leisure trips.
