NewAmsterdam Pharma issued inducement equity awards to three non-executive new hires under its 2024 Inducement Plan.
The company granted share options covering 28,000 ordinary shares with an exercise price of $27.79, based on the July 31 close.
The options vest over four years: 25% after one year, with the remainder in 36 equal monthly installments, subject to continued service.
NewAmsterdam also granted restricted stock units covering 8,200 ordinary shares on Aug. 1, 2026, vesting in three annual tranches over three years.
