NewHold Investment Corp. III shareholders met on Thursday to vote on the proposed business combination with newcleo.
- All proposals related to the business combination were adopted.
- The vote does not complete the transaction; closing is expected on or about Sept. 21, subject to customary conditions.
- Post-close, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under NWCL for shares and NWCLW for warrants, starting on or about Sept. 22.
