NewtekOne Posts $0.65 Q4 EPS, 2026 EPS Guidance $2.15–$2.55
NewtekOne posted 4Q25 EPS of $0.65 versus $0.70 a year ago and 2025 EPS of $2.21, while total revenue rose 10.6% year-over-year to $284.8 million. In January the company closed a $295 million ALP loan securitization oversubscribed tenfold and set 2026 EPS guidance of $2.15–$2.55 per share.
