Nexalin Technology signs exclusive South America distribution pact with Inovanexa Medical Technologies
NXL•Nexalin Technology signed a 10-year exclusive distribution deal with Inovanexa Medical Technologies covering seven South American countries. The distributor ordered 10 devices, with a Brazil clinical pilot targeted within 90 days and an initial 100-device commercialization program.
1. Distribution agreement
The agreement covers Nexalin Sync in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Ecuador and Venezuela; the device has been cleared by Brazil’s ANVISA. It includes pricing terms and minimum revenue thresholds tied to exclusivity.
2. Manufacturing plans
Local manufacturing in Brazil is required after 30 devices. The distributor will fund the buildout, while Nexalin will receive per-device fees and recurring royalties on disposable electrodes.
