Nexera unit KeepZone AI signs exclusive Kronomy distribution deal for Latin America aerial security

The deal adds fully managed drone-in-a-box security with 24/7 remote command-and-control coverage to KeepZone’s regional homeland security offering.
The initial term is two years, with renewal by mutual written agreement. During the term, Kronomy cannot appoint other distributors in the territory.
Exclusive Latin America distribution agreement
Nexera subsidiary KeepZone AI entered an exclusive Latin America distribution agreement with Israel-based autonomous aerial security provider Kronomy.
KeepZone will act as Kronomy’s exclusive sales and marketing channel across Mexico through Argentina for current and future products and platforms.
