NextTrip announces annual shareholder meeting

NextTrip will hold its annual stockholder meeting virtually on Oct. 9, 2026.
Stockholders are scheduled to vote on electing three Class III directors to serve through the 2030 annual meeting.
Other items include ratifying Haynie & Company as auditor for the fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2027.
Stockholders will also vote on share issuances tied to the Lind Global Fund III LP convertible promissory note and warrants.
Additional proposals cover Series A Convertible Preferred conversions, related warrants, an insider pre-funded warrant, executive pay advisory approval, and adjournment authority.
