NGL Energy Partners posted net income of $80.08 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up from $69.64 million a year earlier.
Revenue climbed to $989.99 million from $622.16 million, while operating income rose to $145.32 million from $97.45 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations increased to $186.22 million from $143.97 million.
Segment performance and pipeline update
Water Solutions segment operating income jumped to $138.57 million from $84.95 million, driven by higher produced-water volumes and recovered crude oil revenue.
The LEX II pipeline expansion targets 560,000 barrels of water per day capacity and is expected to be in service by the end of calendar 2026, with capacity expandable to 650,000.
