Niagen Bioscience adds strategic advisers for corporate strategy and M&A
Niagen Bioscience’s NAD Pharmaceuticals unit engaged Red Sky Partners as strategic adviser to advance NB4168, a small-molecule investigational drug candidate.
Red Sky advisers include Pauline Jen Ryan, a longtime biotech operator and former SVP of corporate development and operations at ImmunoGen.
Red Sky also includes Christopher Kiritsy, a former Kos Pharmaceuticals executive involved in building the Niaspan franchise; he later co-founded Arisaph Pharmaceuticals.
Separately, Niagen brought in Martin Hendrix, a former Nestlé Health Science M&A lead, as strategic adviser on corporate strategy, business development and potential M&A.
