NICE Q4 EPS Beats Estimates as Cloud Revenue Jumps 13.9%

NICE posted adjusted earnings of $3.24 per share in the fourth quarter, up 7% year over year and 0.84% above estimates. Non-GAAP revenue reached $786.5 million, a 9% increase from the same period last year.
2. Cloud and Regional Performance
Cloud sales totaled $608.3 million, rising 13.9% year over year and representing 77.3% of total revenue. Regional breakdown showed Americas revenue of $647 million (+5%), EMEA revenue of $100 million (+38%) and APAC revenue of $40 million (+11%).
3. Operating Margins and Expenses
Non-GAAP gross margin declined by 210 basis points to 69.2%, while operating margin narrowed by 50 basis points to 31%. R&D expenses fell 90 basis points to 13.7% of revenue and sales and marketing expenses declined 240 basis points to 19.1%, offset by a 190-basis-point rise in G&A to 8.1%.
4. Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Guidance
Cash and equivalents stood at $417.4 million as of December 31, with $460 million of outstanding debt fully settled in the quarter. The company projects Q1 2026 revenue of $755 million to $765 million, implying 8.5% year-over-year growth, and full-year revenue of $3.17 billion to $3.19 billion, implying 8% growth.
