Launch partner for AWS European Sovereign Cloud

NICE was named a launch partner for AWS European Sovereign Cloud, extending its agentic AI customer experience platform to the new EU-based cloud.

The move targets regulated European customers needing EU data residency, operational autonomy and digital sovereignty, including public sector, financial services and healthcare.

Deployment is planned on an independently operated AWS cloud within the EU, using standard AWS services, security, availability and APIs.
