1. First Quarter Revenue and EPS

NiCE reported Q1 2026 total revenue of $768.6 million, up 9.8% year over year, driven by cloud revenue of $603.4 million, up 14.6%. The company achieved non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.64 and GAAP EPS of $0.77.

2. AI ARR Growth and Cognigy Integration

AI annual recurring revenue increased 66% year over year and was included in 100% of CXone enterprise deals. Eight months post-Cognigy acquisition, integration is ahead of plan, enhancing NiCE’s AI-native customer experience platform.

3. Profitability and Cash Flow

GAAP operating margin declined to 16.5% from 21.2%, while non-GAAP operating margin stood at 26.0% versus 30.5% a year ago. Operating cash flow was $179.2 million, $253.3 million was used for share repurchases, and cash and equivalents totaled $304.1 million with no debt.

4. Updated Guidance

Second-quarter 2026 non-GAAP revenue is forecast at $761 million to $771 million, reflecting 5.5% growth at the midpoint. Full-year 2026 non-GAAP revenue guidance remains $3.17 billion to $3.19 billion (8% growth), with 13–15% cloud revenue growth and EPS of $10.98 to $11.18.
