• PricewaterhouseCoopers was ratified as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2027.
• An amended and restated employee stock purchase plan was adopted.
• Shareholder proposals seeking a discrimination in charitable support report and environmental targets were rejected.
