NioCorp’s net loss attributable to the company widened 179% to $48.56 million in fiscal 2026, while basic and diluted loss per share increased to $0.41 from $0.36. Operating expenses rose 220.23% to $38.31 million, including $16.08 million in exploration spending and $22.23 million in general and administrative expenses. Management attributed the wider loss primarily to spending on the 2026 Elk Creek Study and higher non-cash valuation and compensation charges. Cash totaled $415 million at June 30, 2026, with planned outflows of about $65 million to $75 million over 12 months.
