NIQ said the product roadmap calls for continued development across conversational features, mobile expansion, integrations and additional AI capabilities.
Product strategy and workflow goals
The Optiq strategy targets wider distribution beyond desktop through mobile access, enterprise AI integrations and Optiq Bridge connections into external AI tools.
The goal is to embed NIQ data and context directly into client workflows to speed decision-making from question to insight to action.
Global beta rollout planned for September
NIQ plans to expand Optiq Chat globally in a limited beta later in September.
- All eligible Discover clients are expected to gain access by the end of September.
- Broader availability across RMS datasets is planned for Sept. 21.
