1. Nissan Partners with CCC to Enhance Collision Repair Network

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced it will become the first automaker to join CCC Intelligent Solutions’ newly launched OEM Link Network, leveraging CCC’s cloud platform and field operations staff to manage its U.S. Certified Collision Repair Network of approximately 2,000 facilities. Under the agreement, CCC will oversee shop audits, billing workflows and communications between Nissan and its certified repairers, helping to ensure that technicians are trained on advanced high-strength materials, EV powertrains and driver assistance systems. The initiative is expected to reduce administrative overhead for repair shops by up to 40%, accelerate job referrals to certified locations—where Nissan has already increased referrals by 15% year-to-date—and reinforce brand reputation through consistent, high-quality repairs. With more than 30,500 collision repair shops using CCC software daily, Nissan gains a scalable certification framework designed to support network expansion and improve ROI for participating repairers.
