Nokia transferred 957,142 treasury shares at no cost to participants in its share-based incentive programs.
The distribution was executed under a board decision disclosed on Oct. 2, 2025 to settle incentive-program commitments using treasury stock. Treasury shares held fell to 87,626,482 following the transfer.
