NOK•Nokia launched an Autonomous Networks Agent Library with AI agents that detect cyberattacks, analyze anomalies and automate troubleshooting to improve network efficiency by up to 80%. It also expanded its Google Cloud partnership to embed six Gemini-powered AI models into its Assurance Center for network alarm analysis and remediation.

Nokia launched its Autonomous Networks Agent Library featuring AI agents integrated into network management platforms. The library includes pre-built agents for detecting cyberthreats, analyzing anomalies, automating troubleshooting and coordinating tasks across radio access, IP, fixed broadband and optical networks, promising up to 80% efficiency gains in targeted operations.
2. Expanded Google Cloud Partnership
Nokia deepened its collaboration with Google Cloud by embedding six Gemini-powered AI models into its Assurance Center platform. These agents can parse network alarm data, identify performance anomalies, recommend remediation steps and generate real-time dashboards to accelerate issue resolution and optimize resource allocation.

Nokia shares fell nearly 7% in premarket trading following the announcement, reflecting investor caution despite the potential long-term benefits of network automation.
