Northann names Vincent La Scala to board, taps him as audit committee chair
NCL•Northann elected Vincent La Scala to its board on Oct. 5, 2026, filling a vacancy after Umesh Patel resigned. La Scala will chair the audit committee and join the nomination and compensation committees.
