NVA•Port MacKenzie antimony project advances
Nova Minerals highlighted its planned antimony processing and refining project at Port MacKenzie, positioning it as an anchor critical-minerals facility.
The project is backed by a US$43.4 million award from the U.S. Department of War, aimed at building a domestic U.S. antimony supply chain.
Alaska officials cited delivery of antimony refining and processing equipment to the port, marking a key step toward pilot-scale operations.
The Port MacKenzie development plan targets a processing and export hub, supported by road, rail, utilities, and deep-water port upgrades.
